Make it cheesy, baby!
Heat your skillet up (Medium)
Add the butter (2 tablespoons)
Then lay the slice of bread down on the hot skillet
Add two slices of cheese of your choice or more or less (Hey, it’s your sammich’, make it as cheesy as you like)
Add the other slice of bread on top
Press down with your spatula
Wait about 5 minutes and check the slice of bread that is on the skillet, when it’s golden flip it. Add some more butter when you flip it. Then press down again. When it’s as golden as you like, take it off, and cut it in half or a triangle.
I’m probably the only person who doesn’t spread the butter on the bread. I do this because it helps the bread toast rather than get a soggy-ish.
You can add whatever you like to your sandwich. Add bacon (mmmm), tomatoes, mix up the different cheeses, etc.

This can feed one person or two, depending on how greedy you are.
Take that little can of Campbell’s soup and spruce it up. It’s quick and easy.
3 scoops of ricotta cheese
finely chopped up FRESH basil about 3 pinches (save one for garnishing)
2 table spoons of parmesan freshly grated parmesan cheese
Kosher Salt and Fresh Cracked Pepper (to taste)
Heat up the can of soup on the stove in a small sauce pan
Once contents are hot, add in ricotta cheese and whisk until it’s smooth
Add in 2 pinches of chopped basil
Add in Salt & Pepper
Remove from heat and pour into your finest bowl you have
Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top
Then crack some pepper on top
Then add the basil
Grab a spoon and dig in! Then grab your amazing grilled cheese sammich and dunk it in there. It’s going to taste so delicious.
This recipe is based on one can of tomato soup, double up or increase if you’re feeding more people.
